The Department supports activities that bring people together to discuss the history and/or philosophy of science both in Cambridge and elsewhere. It can provide some funding for events including conference expenses, discussions and book launches.
- Applications up to £500 will be considered by the Head of Department.
- Applications over £500 will be considered by the Executive Committee. (Please note that the Committee meets twice per term.) For applications over £500, non-Senior Academic Staff will be required to provide a letter of support from a Senior Academic Staff member in the Department.
Applications should be for one-off events, rather than recurring activities.
