Wheelchair access

We have recently completed building work that enables access to all floors of the Museum for wheelchair users. Our wheelchair accessible entrance is via Pembroke Street/Downing Street, through the main archway of the New Museums Site.

Wheelchair users currently require staff assistance to access the galleries. Please contact us if you would like more information.

'Way to Be' awards 2005

The Museum was nominated for a Way to Be award in 2005, for the positive attitude of our staff towards disabled people.
