Library rules

1. Borrowers must either issue books themselves at the self-issue terminal or have the books issued at the Library desk. Illegal removal of Library material will result in suspension from the Library.
2. Readers are responsible for all books issued to their Library Card and will be expected to meet the cost of repair or replacement to any items which are lost or damaged.
3. Failure to return books on time may result in loss of borrowing rights.
4. Defacing of Library material is forbidden and any such action will result in a fine and/or loss of borrowing rights.
5. Food and drink are not allowed in the Library.
6. Bags must not be taken into the Library. They should be left in the lockers provided.
7. Personal stereos and mobile phones must not be used in the Library.
8. The Library cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal property.
9. If you wish to talk, please be considerate of others and do so outside the Library.
